Observation

WAC 110-300-0331(1)(b) Valid- During the complaint assessement it was reported by multiple staff members that the teacher, who is also the parent to the child named in the allegation, did "yell" or "scream" at the child. WAC 110-300-0331(1)(c) Valid- During the complaint assessment a staff member reported that they observed the teacher, who is also the parent to the child named in the allegation, grab the child and take the child to the bathroom. WAC 110-300-0331(1)(g)(v) Not Valid- During the complaint assessment there was not enough information to prove that the teacher, who is also the parent of the child named in the allegation, put soap in the child's mouth.
